  I have acquaintances who had to deal with them and the stories they tell me seriously blow my mind. How on earth are these people allowed to work with the public? They are unprofessional, call multiple times for the same reason and DON'T LISTEN to you. I was next to my friend when he got a call from them. That guy called Lewis doesn't let anyone talk, is completely disorganized and his attitude is quite offensive - patronising and talking over the other person constantly, zero listening skills. This is proven by the fact that he asks the same question repeatedly because he refuses to listen to the answer the first time around, he probably feels like what he has to say is more important. I saw a previous review where someone said they don't dare to publicly say what they think. Well, I will say this much: a random drug test would seriously help improve the staff in this recruitment agency. Thank god i did not have to deal with them directly, but my sources are more than reliable.

  Been so frustrated with this recruitment agency, no help at all from here. Been trying to contact one particular person for a long time and yet I've been always told that they will contact you back. I was told by a dear friend of mine to contact that consultant, for this reason I even told my friend off too as there's no help whatsoever. They do have jobs available and yet I've been told there's no job available. Then why the hell your jobs opportunity are online on indeed and reeds and CV-Library for. So unprofessional people work here. They really need to get their game up as we know they're getting paid by the government. Their ridiculous and disgusting.

  Wasted my time unprofessional, rude, no manners. Sounded ok on the phone but in person, rude, didn't do what she said she would do.. don't know how these rude staff get away with it. I'd love to say something else but publicly I can't.

  Stay away from these "people". They will lie even after their faces turn blue. The jobs they have don't exist, they might as well have jobs going for the next King or Queen of England. These viruses known as agencies will continue to use and abuse you and the system and are ruining this country. They take a major cut out of your hard earned wages for spitting in your face and treating you like garbage.
