  Im taking time to leave feedback to warn others of the terrible after-sales (non-existent) service. They do not appreciate that a customer is for life so I have given up contacting them to resolve my problem and instead will gladly update anyone who contacts me asking about their service...and maybe write a few reviews.

  Once you leave the showroom after purchasing a car, you're no longer their problem. The member of the sales team I had (back in 2014) was appalling. They advertised a Golf at £11,000 with 54,000 miles to find out when buying the car it actually had 77,000 miles. No offers or discounts were made once this was discovered. I know I shouldn't have continued with the purchase but it took so long to buy the car, I was fed up and just went through with it.

  Large selection of vehicles on display. Good customer service and friendly staff. Find that a large proportion of cars were very similar which was disappointing. Worth visiting just to have a look at VW's. Parking often difficult on site as cars take up all the spaces.

  Great leadership. Wonderful company. Rubs off on the staff - they genuinely want the best for you. I had the pleasure of speaking with Craig and I was completely amazed by his and his teams level of service from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic - I would thoroughly recommend.
