If I could give no stars I would! My two year was squeaking the toys...a jevenille delinquent who was serving shouted across "oooohhh....Can you get home to stop squeaking the toys please?" I asked why she said "because I've got a headache".....will never shop here ever again....pumped up teens on a power trip!

Friendly staff and good selection of products. You get the overall feedback from the staff and the products you would expect from pets at home.

Friendly pet store. And supporters of Bristol DAWG! Be sure to pick up an extra tin of food or drop some change in the charity collection to help the work of this great rescue charity.

If i could give no stars i would. What a joke. We just took our nearly 3 year old in to this store to get her first pet, a lovely littlw russian dwarf hamster. Everything whent great at first, instant click between hamster and my daughter so we chose that one. The sales assitant helped us with a cage to buy ect. She even said she would set it up for us whilst we finished shopping. The way she made out was that it was our hamster and she would set up the cage for us so it was ready for us when we got back. So our daughter named the hamster. Only to find the same sales assitant selling our hamster to anpther family, leaving my 2 year old daughter in absolute distraught and is so upset. What a horrible little sales assistant she was. When we complained about it ahe just smerked at us and did not care what so ever about thw upset she had caused! Disucting behaviour

While this shop is large they did not stock 2 of the 3 items we came for. The staff were helpful, but in both cases said the items were now only available in the web site
