  Great range of products for a range of pets. We go specifically for their own brand dry dog food that at present can't be matched (according to our pup!). The Staff at this store are always really pleasant, welcoming and ready to help. Also parking is always available even if it means you need to walk a little as the car park is large enough to accommodate all the other stores there too!

  This is a big pet store, they have petty much everything for all kinds of domestic pets. They always have what we need.  It is in a great location, there are plenty of other shops in the area and a massive free car park. Friendly staff and a VIP club that offered money of for loyal customers.

  Have just had an awful experience on the telephone - I shan't be visiting this store as planned - if someone can be that rude on the phone I'd rather avoid speaking to them face to face. I asked a few reasonable questions about their animals in stock before I make the journey down (if the animals aren't suitable then no point taking my young children on an hour round trip car journey). I cant describe the blatant rudeness I received - absolutely appalling. I called the other Pets at Home stores in the Cardiff area with the same questions and they were super helpful and friendly! Sad as I was hoping to adopt the unwanted rabbits at the store, but thanks to the lady I spoke to, I shan't be visiting Cardiff Bay store! My advice - visit the other Cardiff Stores and get better customer service and a far more pleasant experience!

  The store has a huge range of goods, they supply pet food, accessories, toys, and even pets! There is a vets at the back of the store too. There is plenty of parking here and disabled access. The children like to look around here and dogs are welcome too! The staff are always on hand and friendly with some good advice. The reason for four stars is the fish..there are always dead fish in the tanks. Some products are good value for money especially when there are offers on, but generally a lot of things are overpriced. I would recommend this store as a good place to go for pet supplies as you can get nearly anything you need!
