  Staff don't seem to have any training or been on any course for animal care.actually asked one what experience they had,the answer was none. This shop has live animals so not quite sure if its legal?can get what you need for most common creatures but the prices are on the high side.staff don't know about the products so can't recommend or give any information on which is best for your needs.

  nice friendly helpful staff , all ways willing to give helpful advice,.A massive selection of stuff for a large range and type of animals , and a nice aquatic section
