  I ordered a barbour jacket from this company. It was on sale from Barbour website but they were sold out. Typed the coat on google and this company had them in stock around £8 cheaper than barbour with free delivey. Paid and delivered by signed courier and only took 48 hours. Great price and service.

  Unreliable - avoid! At the risk of appearing to be a generic disgruntled and exaggerating customer, I will do what I can to keep it factual. There are other reviews similar to my own. Order placed 3rd December. I hear nothing since making payment so I chase on the 10th one week later. Response is they hadn't received it in a delivery from their supplier and supplier is sold out until after Xmas. So facts are; don't rely on them holding the item themselves they are a middle man and try to purchase it only after receiving your money, Rely on other external factors. Communication required my prompting. Not guaranteed to fulfil order post payment. Avoid if you are buying a gift and relying on the item being provided. Feel free to give it a go if you are not relying on them to fulfil order. Thanks

  Very poor . I ordered some Brabantia bin bags- the website clearly showed there was 20bags in a roll. Turned out it was an error and actually the roll onto contained 10bags. This means their price is exceptionally expense , about 80% more than John Lewis Didn’t offer to honour the price/quantity shown on the website , and I have to now return the shipment . Be careful when buying from the company

  Terrible....avoid. I spent some time on Saturday on the phone arranging a fairly large order (value not number of items) but on the basis that it would be delivered on Tuesday (5th of sept). I needed the items for a days shooting on Thursday. I was told everything was fine and placed my order. I didn't arrive on Tuesday as promised so I called and was told there had been a delay and I was promised it would arrive on Wednesday (today). Call to check this morning and it still hadn't left their warehouse. I cancelled my order and I will take my business else. What a bunch of time wasters!
