  Ra g up was to g a o.plete headset formypi arello. They sent me the wrong earingswaitdd over a week for new ones, still didn't arrive Ftera couple of phone calls. There salesman said he was pissed off with my problem!! Only good side was they refunded my money but not the postage costs of returning them which was over £6. Never use them again.

  Appalling.. have 4K to spend on a Tri bike Pinarello, tried several times to engage online to effect a purchase...process.... & on the phone... crickets and tunbleweed. How is this possible? astonishing.

  I called in yesterday, nice showroom, great bikes , but the staff need a rocket up there behind , they absolutely ignored me , not even a look in my direction, what type of person gets a sales job selling high end bikes and spends the day on Facebook.I went in looking to buy an F8 came out with nothing. This says it all.

  Great store, super bicycles and related accessories but very bad sales assistants. I visited the store yesterday during my lunch break and the store was empty. I walked around a little bit and no one came to me, they were very busy looking the computer screen or at the smartphone. This i bad because I think that a super brand like Pinarello, reserve a decent sales assistant, not people like them. The bicycles are great but the staff are unuseful.
