  The staff member was really rude, she keep telling me and my friend shortbread is not bread, it's a cookie. I said yeah, but it's the name of cookie. The whole experience was awful.

  A great example how not to run your business. Don't waste your time. The staff member we met today, unwelcoming, self important and just rude. They may be doing ok but could do much better, we listened and just left a bit surprised at the attitude. The fudge kitchen was a different experience and couldn't have been different. Spend some time reviewing other shop owners and take the good bits - a lot to learn

  Amazing shortbread - The best I've ever had anywhere, so delicious and just melts in your mouth, can't wait to go back and get a big stock..

  Lovely, little shop that looks like somebody's home kitchen. The reason to come here is shortbread, and that is reason enough. The freshly baked shortbread is amazing and available in five flavours at a time. The ladies at the shop are super friendly and don't pressure you to buy. The wonderful smell of butter and sweet heaven is more than enough to make you want buy all the flavours. Give in to temptation, it's so worth it!!

  Honestly the best shortbread I have ever had! So good I went back for more after buying 2 dozen, I got 2 more! I will also be ordering some for delivery in the US for Thanksgiving & Christmas. This place is a must visit! Not to mention just how amazingly welcoming the owner is :)
