  After the merger took place I was again very lucky to be able to be part of a great team of doctors nurses & admin staff who all gave a very high standard of care not only in the surgery but also out in the community.

  Doctor regulary requests a check up blood test but neither he or the nurse can tell me what the blood is being tested for.When i return to find out result of blood test i am told everything ok no further action to be taken !..Absolutely meaningless !

  On my last two visit i have been kept waiting for over half an hour no apology or consideration I know there are cut backs but if I turned up 30 minutes late they wouldn't see me Well done pioneer group since your organisation took over it's a joke

  Worked here as a trainee doctor. Good, supportive culture. Staff meet regularly to make sure they are doing the best by patients.

  Always been offered appointments within reasonable time and treated respectfully. Doctor listened to what I said,made informed diagnosis and prescribed as needed. Good local practice.
