  I'm sorry but the food was not nearly as good as in their hayday. Just not that tasty or well made. Also the Holborn branch was so noisy it was not possible to hear what people said properly. I say this as someone who has visited dozens of branches over the last 40 years and loved pizza express.

  Pizza express is pretty standard but the Holborn branch was nice and my girls had loads of fun and were a bit noisy without any huffs or moans from the staff

  Great smile from a Brazilian lady who weited for us. Pizza is good, one of the few places you can get Italian beer, very good. Desserts are really good specially the small size that includes coffee. Now this place has the restaurant part and there is a bar below with live music and pizza if you want, so a great place to hangout with friends .

  Went for Newton Faulkner playing downstairs. The venue was really good, intimate and the service was excellent. The pizzas, we all thought, were way better than the pizza express norm. Very pleased.

  WARNING.. over charged and they did nothing about it. Had a lovely evening out with a friend downstairs, listening to some great music but my friend was paying and I pointed out that the bill was high £95 for two bottles of wine at £25 each and one pizza about £11. The next day after sobering up, I called him and discussed it, he called the restaurant and three times did not call him back. He is not one to chase a situation and as I was his guest I have not, but, will never go there again and just wanted to warn others... CHECK YOUR BILL.. OVERCHARGED ON PURPOSE... is all I can believe, as they had no interest in helping sort out the situation.
