  Ordered online twice from here and both times they delivered the pizzas over half an hour late each time. Had to return it back twice. Never order from here. Luckily I didn't pay online.

  Omg this is the worst Pizza Hut ever had a member of staff pretend he was the manager (shaan) with a disgusting attitude and very rude manner after he made a mistake in the order by putting pork in it AVOID AVOID.. WE HAD TO GO BACK OUR SELF TO complain only to find out that the person we were talking to on the phone was not the manager but just a regular member of staff who thinks he's God's gift this is the reason why we shall never be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again nor going into any of their restaurants. Also I think Pizza Hut should employ people who speak English and have understanding of the English language.

  So ordered the champions deal last week and the order can 30 minutes late pizzas were not hot and full of grease. Ordered again tonight the same deal but ordered 30 minutes eairler than I wanted it I thought if it did come later like last time it would be here when we actuly wanted it I ordered it to be delivered at 8pm its now 8:40 and it's still not here when I rang up to ask where my pizza was I was told the delivery time was 2 and a half hours even tho I ordered my pizza at 4:30 to be delivered at 8. Not happy at all I'm only eating here because dominoes have no deals on at the moment or I wouldn't order from here...

  DEFINITELY AVOID!! Order has taken 1h 20min and still hasn’t arrived their number doesn’t work. We had to call customer service and it still took adges. We ended up making our own food.

  AVOID! Last few orders have taken ages and there is always something out of stock which they replace without informing you. So for example you pay for cheese triangles and they substitute cheap potato wedges without calling and giving you a chance to choose! The staff is always incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’ve called Pizza Hut customer service several times to complain and they are great on the phone. Always polite and understanding however they say that the area manager will look into it but nothing ever changes! I am NEVER ordering from here again after having given them the benefit of the doubt several times. Shame as well because my husband and i love PH in general but this branch is a disgrace to the brand!
