  Absolutely unbelievable! DID NOT GET a pre-paid pizza (!!!) despite waiting for more than 3 hours and being repeatedly reassured via phone that it is coming (before they stopped replying to phone calls at all!) We ordered the pizza 25 04 at circa 8 pm. Waited for more than an hour in vain. Tried calling multiple times. Finally, after 2 hours, managed to get the call through. The guy first claimed I provided him with a wrong phone number (which was untrue). It turned out he failed to correctly dial an EU number. He promised to deliver the pizza and we provided him with a new, UK number. Still no contact for an hour. We called again. He told me to wait on the line while he called the driver, but aborted the connection, and did not pick up any more phones from us! Incredible, I have to explore my refund options with these frauds. In the meantime, strongly advise to avoid these guys!

  Twice in a row my food was around an hour late, I complained and was sent a £15 voucher which can only be used at the rewsteraunts and was about 1/3 of the price of the food I had order. Good food but consistently awful service.

  EDIT: 1 month on and I’m still fighting for a refund!! Do not advise. I ordered pizzas sides and dips for a party and it was 2.5hrs late, cold when arrived, and had half the order missing. The Pizza Hut delivery (mill road Cambridge) said they were not allowed to give us a refund or send out more food (even though half our order was missing) because they are a franchise and it’s against company policy. They promised me a ten pound voucher when I called them that night but I never received this either. My whole night was ruined and my guests were unhappy that they didn’t get fed. What food did arrive was awful, cold and not to the taste standard I’ve had in Pizza Hut restaurants. Do not advise.

  Took absolutely forever to arrive (over 2 hours) when we called, was told waiting for a driver to come collect order & was said “20 mins max” which took an additional 45 minutes. Not even worth it for the so called food they produce. Would not recommend.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Pizza ordered on 28 January, then half an hour later I was told it would take more than 1.5 hours for it to arrive. I cancelled the order with customer services, and was told I would get a refund within 15 days. It has now been 37 days and still no refund, despite calling Pizza Hut many many times. What more can I do to get my money back?? Absolutely appalling
