::Trying to get someone on the phone from this place is an absolute disgrace. They don't answer the phones as they have a massive backlog of work to catch up on so you just get cut off by an automated telephone system all the time!! It's disgusting that public servants are not even available to the public any more!!
Ryan O'Neill
::County courts never answer the phones - it's always a recorded message to say they're busy? Can never speak to anyone and you can't go in and see anyone. Poor service.

::An appalling service involving lost documents, untranscribed hearings, refusals to answer the phone for days on end or reply to emails. NOT FIT FOR PUPPOSE

::I took someone to Plymouth county court. The court did not send out the defence statement to me (claimant), which is a major procedural error, any hearing would be null and void. The hearing did run, the defendant submitted written letters to the Judge, (deputy Judge Scott) who refused to allow me to read them and also refused me a copy of the defence. I took Plymouth courts to court, and won by "Judgement by Default" the reason why? Plymouth failed to submit a defence. Your hard earned tax money is paying for these clowns a bunch of idoits. . If you have a hearing at this court, or any other county court, check the paperwork and time lines, most courts will fail.
