  Complete waste of time and money. And quite dishonest . I do some Diy on my car and know they are very dishonest. Booked my car for a full service with oil and filters change. Got home that evening after picking up my car from the garage. As a custom, I always check the oil level after a service to be sure it was filled to the appropriate level. Lo and behold, the oil was as thick and black as any old oil can be. I never spoke to them after that. Made out time to do the oil service myself. Noticed they had damaged the undertray and held it in place with cable ties. I guess they think most of their customers are ignorant. You use their services at your own risk.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service received. I booked my car in for a service and MOT a month and a half in advance. The morning of the service I phoned to find out how long it would take, to be told I could possibly get an MOT, but service, no. I said I have it booked in, it is in your diary, and was told "I don't think so". This is terrible service, I had made plans and cancelled others around this appointment. TLDR: Made an appointment over a month in advance. On the day was told there was no appointment.

  Great garage!!! Got my Fiat Punto serviced here and MOT done. Quick, cheap and on time.
