  Bought all my bathroom and tiles from the Manchester store ,was helped by Mathew who was a great help in choosing the bathroom and tiles .The Manchester store is big and really clean, and staff are all very helpful thank you.

  excellent customer service along with very polite staff. been looking around for tiles about 3 weeks now and came across Porcelanosa Manchester Showroom, the quality of the tiles are outstanding and it does as it say's on the tin! yes you could get a tile which looks the same but have you ever thought about what rating it has and how durable it is?? well am pretty sure Porcelanosa can Answer that question for you! Excellent Service and will 100% recommend all my family and friends to Porcelanosa

  Really ignorant staff and very over priced. We found slate of equal quality for 1/6 of the price at a different retailer near by.

  Ive not experienced such bad customer service for a while. My husband and me walked in the Manchester showroom today to look for kitchen tiles. We were not greeted by one person, we were in there for at least 20 minutes and not one person asked us one question or said one word to us. There were at least 3 members of staff working. We were the only customers in the shop. We walked out and would not go back to buy anything on principle.
