::After reading comments on here aboyt the customer service I simply had to write one...as I totally agree. As it is my local pet store it is convenient for me, but my kids & I feel reluctant to go in as the man is so unfriendly and unhelpful! No rappor whatsoever, no meet & greet, conplete silence at the till point as others have mentioned & just kills the vibe of the store. Sucha shame as the lady or (owner) is so lovely! Hint..get rid, because you will lose customers as he has no customer service skills. Even I have began to shop online now to avoid the atmosphere.

::The male employee in this shop is the rudest, most unhelpful shop assistant I have ever come across. He gave me the wrong information leading to my son's fish dying. I purchased a new fish and woke up the following morning to see that had died. I went to the shop and this very unhelpful man was just so rude. Its such a shame as the lady who works there is so lovely. I would not trust buying any fish from this shop.

::The pet shop itself is ok, old fashioned style , which is nice. What is so not nice, is the customer service, absolutely dreadful. The usual male shop assistant is simply so rude and uneducated. Don't expect him to reply back to yr " hellos or good mornings". Have been going there for years, but Wednesday march15th was my last. So so so rude !!!!!!!!!! U don't ignore yr customers and treat them like they do in this shop, we said hello walking in, he looked at us & turned his back to us & didn't reply, + my whole transaction was conducted in silence, same as the lady be4 me, she mentioned it to me outside how unfriendly he was towards her. I will never go back there ever again, despite how convenient the location is for me. I don't think it's fair to be treated so coldly, im taking my custom & my money somewhere else as from now. Those people shouldn't be in customer service. If u r a in the customer service training industry, and want some of the worst customer experiences for training purposes, u will be treated for choice in this store. Simply unacceptable .

::Have been around for decades, very knowledgable about the animals and have great products
