  Both ticket machines not working and no one on the ticket desk. What am I supposed to do?

  Not a bad station. Ticket office could do with being open more often, but I don't really mind. Just a shame the train delays, but obviously that's not the station's fault...

  Need more frequent services to London and need the ticket offices open

  Trains usually on time, barriers often get stuck and stay down longer than need-be. Otherwise, it's a decent station.
