::I went there for the passport check and send service. I was told the price but not told if there were any issues I had to return to the same post office. Not knowing this I agreed. I wad told my photo would "definitely not be accepted" as my fringe was too long. Despite both eyes being clearly visible. I questioned this but she was adamant. I had to pay the £9.75 which I accept but think they need to tell people they have to return to the same post office with extra info etc before they start the process. What's hilarious is I then went to another post office who not only accepted my photos but sent it off and hey ho so did the passport office! Seems you failed on this one Bulwell staff!

::If i could give a zero I would awful customer service. Very rude lady. If you have an option to use another branch please do.

::I can’t believe how awful the customer service is at this post office. I was serviced by a lady who was extremely rude, she had no manners and didn’t even bother to make eye contact with me. I returned to take the lady’s name and let her know how disappointed I was with the service received. If your not a people person then working face to face with the public probably is not the best career choice.

::Nice post office that is however prone to long waits but has a nice amount of storage for wheelchair users.

::Awful everytime. Long queues, no rush to serve the customers. The staff have the attitude that they are doing everyone a favour by bing there. The most miserable people I have had the misfortune to meet in my life. Arrogant & slow to the extreme.
