  Went in on a Sunday a few weeks back to get currency exchange before my holiday which they were unable to do on the day... So what's the point being open on a sunday if you can't offer all the usual services of a post office?

  Every once in a while, I have a need to visit a post office. Here is where my heart sinks into utter dispair. As a full time worker, my only option is to visit the Post Office in WHSmiths during my lunch hour. The queues will shock and awe you as the blue rinse brigade will flock here in their droves to send some distant relative a greeting card that nobody really wants. The staff give it their all, but sadly, the demand for service greatly exceeds the available capacity. Take a sleeping bag and a flask, you'll need it.

  The Post Office in Swansea has not been a good experience since it's move from the Kingsway some years ago Unfortunately, the queues are agonisingly long with overworked staff struggling to cope with their work load

  Most of the post office workers are very friendly and patient. Good service! [Avoid Monday 9am period as it is rush hour, you may need to wait for 20 minutes!]
