  Premier Carpets & Flooring in Wolverhampton supplied and fitted all our warehouse flooring and office carpets. They were punctual, professional and great value for money. We would recommend them for any commerical or domestic carpet or flooring you require.

  Unfortunately, their customer service does not match the quality of the products they sell... we had to pay an additional delivery charge to have our goods delivered as the instructions to deliver via a neighbour were not passed onto the delivery company by Premier Flooring, and the goods were returned to the depot. Sadly, Premier Flooring are refusing to refund the additional delivery charge, as are the courier company. It's such a shame that, in the interest of good customer relations, Premier Flooring didn't see fit to just refund the additional payment that I'd had to make, and then take it up with the delivery company themselves instead.
