A good premier inn in a great location for access to Birmingham centre. The hotel is as any other premier inn, modern, clean spacious room that allow for a good shower to cut all light out and relax watching some tv or have a good sleep. I was working the next day in the city centre and it took less than 10 minutes to get there in my car at rush hour time. The restaurant/ bar attached to the hotel is nice with good food and drinks. Access to this and back to the hotel is through a joining door so also no need to exit the building to get there on the morning for breakfast.

Premier Inn is on Hagley Road, a major artery with good links to central Birmingham and the Birmingham University. A collection of restaurants and a casino are near by for eating and drinking needs. The hotel itself is typical of premier Inn, simple but good quality. The rooms are comfortable, with no noise travelling through the walls. There is plenty of parking available behind the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Not the best premier inn I've been to. The air con wouldn't stay on. I think it was motion detector activated... So to stay cool you need to do star jumps in your room. Not ideal. There was also only a plug on one side of the bed. The one redeeming feature that this has is the shower. It was the most powerful shower I've ever had.

Receptionists were polite. The night it was comfy. Breakfast?! Totally sucked. I paid for a full breakfast (the Mediterranean breakfast was included... theoretically) but i got only bits and pieces. Cold bits and pieces. And the guy who took our order(you had to order for what you wanted in your hot breakfast) didn't really wanted to be there so....he behaved like we shouldn't be there either... What a pity

Stayed for 4 nights on business. Venue was tidy and restaurant was fairly priced and food was great. Other local restaurants were also really good. No issues with staff or room. Room was well presented and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful.
