    Brilliant, been here a couple of times now and the staff have always been excellent. Decent rates, very good location - would come again.

    Excellent friendly service and right in town centre. Brilliant for shopping or going out in the evening. Room was very clean and quiet. The only downside was the beggars at the front door.

    Very pleased with the hotel. Stay regularly for business. Central location just outside New Street Station. Clean, large rooms with comfortable beds. Mine had a bath which is a bonus. Breakfast is nice if not spectacular. Consistently reasonably priced. Very near to grand Central, bullring and new street. Not as flash as some hotels but still a good choice.

    Clean, conveniently placed and quiet. The bar is pleasent and stays open to guest's after most the local pubs have closed. All in all a very good stay.
