  Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed at. Staff were really friendly and chatty, and they made a real effort to interact with the kids. It was a really hot day when we arrived and we were offered ice water and freeze pops. They'd left a large fan in the room, and also a treasure hunt for the kids. Once they found “Dinky the duck" they won prizes. Little things which people remember. Also nice that it's next to a small leisure park with cinema, bowling and restaurants to give you choices. Easy access from M5. Highly recommended.

  Conveniently placed hotel, had a great stay. Always clean and staff very welcoming. Wouldn't recommend the food in restaurant, but it was only 10 steps away.

  Great rooms with guaranteed good night's sleep. Plenty of parking. Good attractions on the same site. Really nice friendly staff.

  The rooms are good. Standard premier Inn. If you have stayed in one premier Inn you know what to expect as all rooms are identical. The pub next door to this premier Inn isn't anything special at all. Just you normal 2 for a tenner type places. The food is your normal quality, basic and tasteless. But you get what you pay for. A cheap no thrills budget hotel

  Stayed here on 2 separate occasions with my husband and 2 sons (4 & 6) . Cannot recommend enough, great value for money, staff are friendly and professional and rooms are clean and perfect for a family stay. We had medication with us which they happily stored in the reception fridge and have 24 hour service so we could access it at any time. The Brewers Fayre restaurant attached serve a great Cooked Breakfast where kids eat free.
