  Everything as expected from a Premier Inn, friendly staff, good restaurant and a good value, high quality room.

  Stayed here many times the hotel is clean and tidy the rooma vary in size and quality depending on length of stay and requests. There is one vending machine in the foyer with limited items this could do with a upgrade of at least two. The hotel is situated next to a beefeater resteraunt with the normal choices of well cooked foof and provides the full premier breakfast. There is a Tesco supermarket in walking distance of sundries are required .

  Premier Inn in Burgess Hill is a fantastic place to stop we were there for the wife's birthday party and the staff made the wife so welcome left the balloons message saying happy Birthday and a box of Maltesers a very good tea

  Great location for what I needed. Staff friendly and definitely one of the better pubs adjoining it. I am told gets booked out alot due to training facilities nearby for Gatwick so don't leave booking it too late.

  It's cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. It's clean and tidy. No fridge, limited TV programs as it is on Hotel mode. (Unless you know how to unlock it 🤔) Free Internet but not good for streaming films as it's slow. Staff very friendly and as helpful as they can be. Air con in our room did not work and had to pull the fuse to turn it off. Pub joined on to hotel with good food and large selection of drinks. I will use this place again
