  Not the most modern Premier Inn but room was fine and location perfect for what we needed

  Cold water even after running for 5 minutes, I think we were lucky to have a lukewarm shower. The bed was not up to the usual premier inn standard, sank into the middle and felt very “worn”. The room was clean a tidy but the bathroom had a bit of a urine smell which doesn’t inspire confidence. The breakfast as the David Lloyd’s next door was just awful, all the hot food was cold at 08:15 eggs were also like rubber, the covers over the hot food were filthy. A vegetarian could not eat the hot food as there are not enough tongs to serve so people just use the meat ones for non meat items. Coffee is instant. If you charge a standard fee for breakfast over all the hotels the food and drink should be standardised and this is way below the usual premier inn quality. It’s a shame as this is first bad Premiere inn I have ever stayed at. Usually a very good nights sleep and a top breakfast in other Premier Inns

  The break fast place is very far specially during rain it is very difficult to reach the restaurant it should be part of hotel through a connection.

  Premier Inn staff were lovely, especially the cleaner. Good location to do what you need and the taxi into town wasn't a bad price. Only complaint would be that the dinner is served in David Lloyds where the food is good but the staff are somewhat lacking but that's not premier inn fault.

  The hotel itself is comfortable and quiet and staff were very helpful but there is no in-house restaurant. Breakfast is available at the adjacent David Lloyd Gym complex but waiting here was too long and staff did not greet us or acknowledge our presence while we waited to be seated. We accepted a refund and left. Breakfast at the close-by Morrison's was excellent and much less expensive. The hotel is located conveniently for frequent buses into town where many other buses can be accessed, so it's easy to avoid driving into the congested city.
