  I'm giving stars because I haven't eaten here so can't comment on the food. But 4 stars for very friendly staff and being a handy place to log on and work. They keep 2 separate areas... One for people visiting to eat and one for people to work or meet colleagues/have interviews etc.

  Couldn't fault my first experience here a few months ago in every way. Sorry to say, a dripping shower head and noisy traffic throughout the night spoilt my 2nd experience. My advice is to get a room on the quiet side of the motel. Also ask for a room in the quiet zone area. Staff as friendly and as accommodating as ever. Let's hope my poor nights sleep and overall experience this time round was a one off. Cheers.

  My sons birthday when we stayed..manager gave him a card and chocs. Very kind and lovely staff

  I've never stayed in a Premier Inn where I wanted to give it a negative review before, but this one... We had booked an accessible room and and that was what we got. All looked fine. We settled in and got ourselves organised and in the process we must have disturbed the years dust and dirt lying in the carpet, because both my husband and I started to cough and experienced breathing problems. Neither of us have chest or breathing problems. The acrid smell of dust permeated the air, so, coughing and sputtering and as fast as we could, we packed up, went to reception and handed our key in. The receptionist offered us anther room, but as we were in room 2 we felt that if a room as close to reception wasn't clean, there wasn't much chance of any others being so.

  The hotel is located just off the m6 which is why we chose to stay here. The purpose of our stay was to break up a long journey with our 4 year old. We arrived around 5pm and I had checked in on line so upon arrival I signed a form and the receptionist gave us the key cards and ensured we had booked a table at the beefeater as it was very busy. We had a nice meal in the restaurant that night and the menu had plenty of choice. Our room was what you expect from premier inn, modern clean and functional. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning and the room got very warm during the night. There was a fan but it was quite noisy and the windows were right next to my sons bed so didn't want him getting a draft. Breakfast was nice and the hot food is made to order which is a nice change from the normal buffet style. Overall a nice stay and was exactly what we were looking for, if a little bit warm!!
