  Well-equiped, clean and generous-sized room. Staff on reception were all noticeably pleasant and helpful. Only drawback was the lack of a lift to get our luggage to the room, but the staff did offer to assist. Good value for money too.

  I have used a lot of Premier Inn's through work and I can say that the staff and rooms here are some of the nicest. I had the continental breakfast (not the fry up.) And it was lovely. Good quality pastries and pancakes. The fruit looked fresher than other places I've been to and the YeoValley yoghurt is a safe bet. The double room has a lovely TV, USB wall sockets and very clean En Suite. The shower is a proper one. Not a trickle and lots of hot water. If you are disabled, you will need to state this when booking as I didn't see a lift and there are lots of stairs. We stayed in room 361 which is to one end of the hotel and didn't hear a peep out of any of the other guests or even cleaners in the morning. So I would say sound proofing is excellent. My only issue with my stay was with ordering take away. The local Dominoe's has terrible service although is apparently popular, or at least it was on that night. They weren't taking online orders or telephone orders although you could call up to a unhappy voice saying they weren't taking orders over the phone because they were too busy. So collection only which we weren't prepared to do after a long day.

  We booked a room serveal times while having work carried out at home The room was clean and plenty of clean towels etc Staff all friendly and helpful

  Very welcoming-Donna is an amazing manager. The hotel is undergoing some renovations and i had one of the completed rooms which was very comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions though- a small set of drawers under the desk/somewhere to put your suitcase/a bathroom fan that actually extracts. Small things that make a stay better.

  The room was clean and the service was good. Corridors looked a little tried and there could have been a few more plug sockets accessible. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. Overall a pleasant stay.
