  Great hotel with a Beefeater pub attached. Stayed here three times and every time it's been brilliant. Great pub and food, too. I'm sure the waiters are on bonuses for serving drinks, cos as soon as they see an empty pint glass, they come to you and ask if you would like another!!! Saves you going to the bar though! Great service, great place. Highly recommended. Also, it's just over the road from where the Jacobite cruises go from, to Loch Ness. I would go there every time I stay in Inverness, no hesitation.

  You can't go wrong with this chain and it is in as beautiful location. A very lovely canal walk within 2 minutes

  Terrible night hardly any sleep whatsoever due to excessive noise from other rooms fans and heating system. Do not take rooms near room 12 as the extraction system appears to be above these rooms. Not what was needed after a 13 hour day of working and driving with another now very long day to follow. Will not stay here again!!

  As usual the accommodation was great and the food was excellent. Went with the meal deal for the first time and at £25 for breakfast and two course dinner it is excellent value.

  Lovely reception staff..very welcoming..room was fine..beautiful view of the golf course -room 312 top floor! Restaurant staff in evening were nice..breakfast staff very unattentive though..also should rearrange breakfast bar..hot food should come before the toast.thanks for the kind anniversary card and gift the staff put on our room! Fab!
