  Friendly and attentive staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Really good resteraunt located on site serving from breakfast onwards.

  I was disappointed by the height of the counter and not being able to pay privately due to the very short cable on the card machine. I am a wheelchair user travelling independently so these things are important. There also aren't any wet rooms at the hotel although I knew this when I booked. Perhaps there should be a reduction in the price to the room if you can't use all the facilities. The room itself is spacious and clean.

  Wish I could give this hotel 10*. Needed to book in late on Monday 26th Feb as we had travelled down from Scotland urgently to see my terminally ill brother in Glenfield Hospital. Staff could not do enough for us and went out of their way to help us. The hotel is very clean and has the usual comfy beds and pillows and I would highly recommend it

  Good service!! With happy staff. Very modern and kept in a good condition. Would definitely recommend. Bar staff at night were very friendly! ! Kept me in good company.
