  Clean and tidy nice location for all off Liverpool's site's and attractions. Train station just across the road. Friendly and Smiley staff. Plenty of places to eat out close by.

  Great location but noisy as traffic and lorries access the track all night through security at the back of the hotel. very tired decor and facilities not as clean as I would have hoped but the bed was comfy.

  Hasn't been updated to new style yet, and looks like it missed the last one too. On the ground floor rooms you can hear every step of people above, sounds like the ceiling is about to fall in. At 01:30 there was a very loud noise, sounding like an air block in a pipe. Woke us all up as lots of other rooms mentioned it too. Sink was cracked, toilet stained, and shower caddy was black and slimy with mould. Desperately needs an update.

  Ok location for visiting Liverpool with good bus and rail links - ideal for Aintree race course. Rooms are dated and in need of modernising. We had an issue with blood stained bedding which was rectified. Staff were great.

  Convenient for getting into Liverpool. Clean accomodation and helpful staff at a reasonable price.
