  Personally I liked my stay while on a working trip completely, however some colleagues who are more particular about such things said they did not trust the shower products that they cannot see details about. There seem to not be any q-tips provided as well. Anyway these are just the tiniest of complaints and the spot and service is premium. Breakfast is amazing. Room is quiet and comfy.

  Hotel is located in an industrial are of the city surrounded by offices, but easily accessible from Old Street and within a mile of trendy Spittle fields. When I attended there was a good comfy bed but the sound from services was overpowering with fans and pipework very noisy. To make matters worse there was no hot water, making showering extremely uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, but a little dismissive over the hot water issues which are critical if you have a meeting the next day (why else would you stay here?!) The breakfast was acceptable with good quality ingredients but a little overcooked. For a Premier Inn it was poor, however it was better than some hotels I've stayed in in the past!

  For central London the size of the room was great. For the Premier Inn standard which is fine it is over priced. The bed was alright but the beds in the Premier Inn at Blackfriars are far more superior (they are worth calling home about). The room keys would occasionally fail to work and we had to get them replaced. This location is a 2 star but the staff bring it up to 3 stars they were great, very friendly and approachable. Even though it is a self service check-in they were there to help.

  The hotel itself was great and the staff were excellent and helpful. However building work across the road meant it was an early wake up call on a Sunday morning. Hotel as expected and was comfy also excellent location. Only downside was the building work.

  The rooms were very nice and clean. Also rooms are very quiet, no hallway noise that we heard. The onsite restaurant was nice but gets crowded. Especially for breakfast take notice of their "high traffic" times posters....and go a different time. Everyone we spoke to was quite pleasant, except one early morning before venturing out we were told by the person mopping up the lobby to move so she could finish....not sure it should have happened that way. I'd go back if in the area.
