  On the plus side the room was fine, bed was comfortable and there's tea and coffee making in the room. However the food and service in the restaurant was barely average. Turned up to the almost empty restaurant and was told I'd have to wait 20mins for a table. When I was eventually seated (at a table that had been empty the whole time I waited) I waited ages for a sullen waiter to take my order. The food (which was not great) took ages to arrive. If you're after a bed only then fine, but eat elsewhere...

  מלון נחמד .. קרוב מאוד לתחבורה הציבורית.. אזור בטוח גם בשעות הלילה.. שירות טוב ואדיב... חדרים מרווחים ... חדרים נקיים מאוד.... חדר מואר היטב.. חלון שלא נפתח משקיף לרחוב מרכזי.. חדר שירותים בינוני אמבטיה גבוה עם גישה בעייתית זרם מים חלש ורק מהתקרה... לובי מפואר כולל בר... אין מקום עצירה לרכב להורדת המזוודות... איטרנט אלחוטי איטי במיוחד מציעים פתרון של קניית איטרנט בכסף למרות שמפרסמים כי האיטרנט חינם.. בכניסה למלון קימת מכונה לקנית מוצרים נחוצים כמו סים במחיר משתלם. מישחת שיניים . מתאם חשמל .. וגם מכונת משקאות וחטיפים .. אין מקרר... אין כספת... יש פן ומראה מוארת... מזגן מעולה גם על קור בשונה ממלונות באירופה .. קומקום וכוסות... חיבור נוח להוספת מכשירים לשידור בטלווזיה..

  A pleasant, convenient and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Having used their online check-in facility, arrival at the hotel was so simple it took no more than 30 seconds before we were heading to the lift to go to our room. The room was spacious and light, with huge windows. There are plenty of power outlets, lights, a television with various inputs and other useful bits and bobs. The shower over the bath was superb. The room overall was clean, tidy, well presented and very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable, the only downside of which was not wanting to get out of it in the morning. A simply satisfying and pain-free stay.

  The hotel was simple but clean. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was decent. The location was perfect for visiting London. Less than a block to an underground station and buses going to the main tourist sites stop in the same block as the hotel. We loved our stay at this hotel.

  Great location! Wonderful beds. Enough Amenities. Abundance of shops, museums and places to visit. Extremely friendly staff. Troublesome lifts and not serving me hot chocolate past 11pm are only reason for 4/5. Otherwise, perfect place to book a night.
