  Rooms done to a good standard. Access to many restaurants nearby. Small car park.

  Whilst not a 5 star hotel, I can't think what else the hotel would have needed to have done for me to give them 5 stars. The rooms were clean and tidy, plenty of towels and toiletries. Having stayed more recently in Radisson chain of hotels, I'm using that as a benchmark. We stayed mid week, so while the hotel was not at capacity there were still plenty of people staying overnight. I could hear them come and go but not in their rooms. The beds were very comfortable, which I believe are their own 'Hypnos' beds. The remote control for the TV had flat batteries and they were replaced immediately. I wanted to iron some clothes and so asked at reception, an ironing board and iron were sent to the room within minutes. I really liked how the Samsung TV would let me stream content from my phone and tablet to the big screen. The location is ideal for the Trafford Centre, literally a 2 minute walk with no major roads to cross. Booking well in advance secures the lowest price. Staff were very polite and courteous. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.....which I will!

  Really good hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonabley priced. Well worth a stay when in manchester. And right next door to the Trafford centre you can walk.

  Staff booked me in, as normal. Very efficient and welcoming. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the motorway and even closer to the Trafford Centre. Room was initially good, but was let down by details. Heating didn't work, so had to make do with an oil filled electric radiator. Light in the bathroom didn't work. Soap dispenser was so close to the sink, you had trouble getting your fingers under it. Just not up to the usual high Premier Inn standard.
