  Never new you could just go in for a coffee pay once and refill was good as a meeting for a quick catch up with friends

  Typical room. Breakfast good though portion size variable - heap of bubble and squeak served, as well as bacon instead of sausages requested, though this was promptly corrected. TV hard to search for channel with remote control. Too many ineffective buttons, no guide to available channel numbers.

  The staff are very good. A young women behind the counter was fantastic with me. But this place is way overpriced. £72 a night gets you a good bed which is good, but that's it. The TV is tiny. No bath. Shower with very basic shower gel that didn't smell nice. No fridge. It's a hotel but you can pay less than half the price and get the same elsewhere.

  Really friendly staff. Good breakfast. I would give 5 stars if they had their own restaurant for evenings as there are limited options for vegetarians at Toby Carvery and there's not many restaurants/cafes within walking distance of the hotel.
