My time there das great . It is quiet and nice place . I meet there with friends to dinner and the service was friendly. It was busy and it took some time to be attend but after the waiting everything was good. Good food and ambience.

It is a very well located hotel. It is in a quiet area. You can eat at the restaurant inside of the hotel or go to the supermarket its 5 min walking. The city centre is just 3 minutes walking. It is very near to some tourist places. You can take metro or bus .

Was exactly what we needed, a handily placed hotel at a budget. A little tired, but clean and functional Interesting stay as the place was closing the next day as I believe it's being redeveloped. Staff friendly and helpful, the hotel did seem to attract a particular demographic - lads out for the night in Newcastle.

Not very easy to find although it is in the centre of the city. Usual high standard but I'd suggest giving the restaurant a miss as the fish and chips I had looked as if it had been reheated in a microwave. Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

On site parking is brilliant right next door the the Inn however it does lack some signage saying that it is the Premier Inn parking. The receptionist was very pleasant and happy to help showing us to our room etc. Room is showing signs of age, lightning is shocking there is no main light just the bed side lamps. There is a cheap electric radiator, like the ones you get for £20 from Argos. Mould/ dust on the bathroom ceiling and similar between all the tiles on the floor and walls. Radiator in the bathroom is for decoration as the wire running to it has been cut off. Overall its abit run down and really could do with a bit of tlc but for £29.99 what do you expect.
