  Room was nice. Very comfortable. Reduced rate overnight parking for the nearby multi-storey. Nice and close to the city centre with a 3 minute walk to get to the market place.

  Facilities are good.. But they shall give at least 1 litre of water with room charge..and rooms are hot.. Windows are locked and cannot be opened fully.

  This is a really pleasant hotel with incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Premier Inn are normally this standard of cleanliness and quality, however I really feel the staff went the extra step to make guests feel welcomed and catered for. The guy working on Christmas Day late shift was especially helpful.

  Really great location and a nice hotel. Rooms are reasonable size and modern. Easy walk into the city centre. Only downside is the parking, but at least it is discounted as a guest.

  Just returned from a two night stay, went for dinner in the restaurant around 6:30pm and was told we could not eat that night as they had a booking for 20 people. Found this a little odd as for a restaurant that isn’t really many people to cater for and there was still plenty serving hours left so they could have told us they weren’t able to serve us til later. But hey ho, saved myself £40 I guess.
