  Decent rooms, pub with food downstairs, shops close by, petrol station just down the road. Reception seems to have someone there 24/7.

  Nice place to stay and the hotel staff were very helpful but don't expect food from their linked pub if you get there after 21:45 because they stop taking orders. We were less than 5 minutes after, because of waiting to be served, we were told no, there's a kibab shop up the road use that! We did find a great Indian restaurant though which I would thoroughly recommend The Oasis on the Stratford road is just a quick walk away and the food and staff were brilliant

  Slightly dated building and rooms but they are clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. Very warm welcome and extremely polite.

  Great location right in the centre of Shirley, Room was clean but needed a bit of TLC, No lift or phone in the room.. Staff nice and friendly..

  The room was small with a tiny TV screen. There is no breakfast on site, or restaurant but there are plenty of chains to chose from on the high street nearby. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful.
