  The hotel is a particularly good Premier Inn, with friendly helpful staff. Don't bother with the Beefeater next door, though. Breakfasts are shockingly bad and the service is atrocious. We have eaten there twice and walked out in disgust both times.

  Had a lovely time at the Inn on a business trip, it was wonderfully clean and tidy. The bathroom was fresh and clean. The bedding was clean and form.

  A well positioned hotel, conveniently close to the M42 exit but close to local business units. All staff were very friendly, and were more than happy to help with a couple of queries I had. The rooms were clean, and quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

  Really friendly and helpful staff on reception all the time. Only issue was we booked a twin room and was given a double. But we weren't too bothered as there was a small sofa thing as well as the double hence the 5 star review. Will stay here again.

  Stayed here overnight into Christmas Eve with my family. I've never had a bad experience with Premier Inn and we chose this one specifically because the website stated it was quiet. As expected, we were very pleased. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. On this occasion we were also joined by Santa at breakfast, which was a nice touch.
