  Room as expected. Food downstairs ate there twice. Both meals special offer. Cheap good value for money. The veggie lasagne was delicious!. Best of all was the staff. Friendly and helpful and most of all welcoming. Thank you all for making a stressful week more comfortable.

  Had a lovely stay here. The staff were very welcoming and provided a great service. The restaurant was not too busy and were able to accommodate our late booking. Only down side is the car park. There is sewage works going on which resulted in lots of work vans ect taking up parking spaces including disabled bays, which we needed to use. I would recommend this hotel , after the works are completed.

  Lovely place to stay and it's close to the M3. Eastleigh shopping centre the Swan shopping centre is a fantastic place to visit. You have you usual shops, cafes, restaurants and there's a cinema there to. There's parking and a shopmobility. The Premier Inn staff are very helpful polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and there's parking to. There are accessible rooms some with a wet room and some aren't but you need to require which room you'd need. Their restaurant is priced well and food lovely. Their staff also friendly and polite. Very helpful with disabled people.

  Standard room quality. Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast, bar service, and evening food service very poor. Hotel rooms are their core business. Stick to it and let the various linked pub chains as at other premier inn sites do the catering. I won't use this one again.

  Staff really friendly & helpful, happy to accomadate some additional extras. Restaurant food, surprised how quick it came out which is always a bonus. Food tasted great we opted for mixed starters and steak main as well as the salmon fillet from the festive menu. All was superb and would definitely stay & eat again. location was ideal for me as I was working away from home "Cardiff" situated down Southampton.
