  Stayed over on business, so just need a place to sleep, and I must say, the bed was really comfortable. Not a bad sized room, fine for what I needed, and it was very new and modern. The hotel breakfast is served next door at the Beefeater, and the cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection. Excellent and recommend. The hotel is next to a couple of restaurants, and also a Vue cinema.

  Good food but the service can be quite slow although that's not a criticism to the staff who are honestly the nicest people on earth the place is just busy so it takes a while.

  I want to say thank you to the staff who have helped the guests during the 'beast from the east'. I've been in the hotel since 28.2.18, so through the dreadful weather. The staff have been amazing. Gemma in reception has worked hours and hours as others couldn't get in. She was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and pro-active in her work - she made a challenging and uncertain situation bearable. And a massive thank you the guys who opened the restaurant in the mornings so we could have breakfast - and a good breakfast it was! The buffet lunch they provided on 1.3.18 was unexpected, excellent and very welcome! Thank you to you all!

  A lovely and warm room, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly and nothing is a bother. Check in was easy and check out just as simple.very central Premier Inn close to the cinema and restaurants and a short walk away from the city centre and lots of pubs. Highly recommended place to stay 👍

  Stayed here for one night. Very central, comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that in the restaurant for breakfast Capital Radio was playing extremely loudly. Given that the average age of customers was 50+ it did seem that the music was for staff benefit rather that customers. It did spoil our breakfast as we couldn't get out quick enough. No other complaints though.
