  Strange little Premier Inn, situated in an office block with several office block floors converted into hotel rooms. Not particularly attractive but the rooms are pretty standard and clean. Friendly helpful staff, small restaurant, and parking in a basement under the offices not particularly pleasant. OK, if you must but there must be better....

  Stayed in many Premier Inns including Luton and Stoke-On-Trent. Generally pleased with my stay. Moment I walked in to this one, I hated it. Old furniture. Tiny TV. Dirty cold feel. And theres even a smell. Just seems other Premier Inns are more updated, fresher. I booked an extra night thinking it would be as lovely as the others, but regret even coming here

  Great hotel and very helpful staff. Just got woken up early by noisy Aircon. Shower was noisy too. Still, will definitely return in future.

  Literally only booked to get ready for a night out. Tidy and clean. Polite and friendly staff. Room was freezing cold and temperature could not be changed. One heater which was very lightweight and did not heat the room up even after 3 hours. Car park spaces are tiny so could not park our car and get out!

  This is the best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Parking facilities at no charge and from the minute I walked in the door the staff were so friendly, from reception and housekeeping to management. The room was immaculate and quiet and the bed very comfortable. An important factor for me was the bathroom, immaculately clean with a very good powerful shower. Breakfast was the usual excellent Premier Inn standard but I must add that the food served in the restaurant in the evening was exceptional. All in all a very good trip. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
