::A company that prides itself on ‘family values.’ If your family massively over promise, under deliver, lie, take no pride in their work, dont feedback between themselves, pass the blame, cause massive anxiety and upset, then I guess that this is the company for you. They take all your money upfront, leaving you with no option or any sense that they care or want to provide their side of the contract. Wouldn’t recommend to friends, or indeed people I don’t like very much either. Avoid.

::Just recently had a new bedroom fitted by PKB high quality material been used and bedroom fitter RAY finished the job perfect, plasterer and electrician was very good Many thanks to building manager DOMENICO he was very helpful when we need him. At the end we have beautiful bedroom.

::Lovely range of kitchen and bathroom items. Wouldn't give us a quote on a range of bathroom cabinets and vanity etc. Insisted we had to go with their planning service whereby someone comes to measure and then would have to have a further meeting to discuss cost following that. We didn't need that service so decided to look elsewhere If you're expecting to able to visit the showroom and make a purchase you will be disappointed.

::Avoid this company! What was meant to be a dream kitchen turned into a nightmare! Before they had our money they couldn't do enough for us however once we had parted with our money it was a totally different story. The customer service was useless and non existent. Workmen never turned up and when they did it was shoddy service.Wish we had read the reviews before hand.My review keeps being removed,i wonder why?!

::Some of these customers are very lucky. We are in our SIXTH YEAR of refits, cancelled visits without notice, incorrect materials supplied, exchange of over 150 emails with at least SEVEN different customer service personnel, shoddy fitting from cheap contractors resulting in doors not aligned properly, panels around gas boiler fitted too close so my Corgi plumber would not service boiler until panels refitted, tiles casting shadows from downlighting...not to mention all side panels replaced twice(?)..I've lost count..due to laminate peeling off, doors also bubbled. This company has A SERIOUS "MANAGEMENT" ISSUE. ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNAL COMMUNICATION. Seems to me the MD does not delegate responsibility at all and does not care about, or has no idea about CUSTOMER RELATIONS WHICH KEY IN ANY BUSINESS. The GOLD STANDARD AWARD they have been accredited with is totally POINTLESS. Thinking that the visit yesterday from the remedial fitter (who is very good by the way) was the final visit, alas it wasn't as the replacement door is 2 mm different in height. Comments on a postcard please...
