  Great service, good food and friendly atmosphere and staff. Well worth the money and much better pasta than you'd get from one of the local pubs!

  Last Saturday 5 friends and myself dined at Prezzo in Bromsgrove, it was a late dinner we arrived with a rude welcoming at 9:30. When requesting to sit by the window the manager rudely responded with "you'll have to order within 15 minutes as the kitchen will be closed". My friends and I ordered promptly feeling forced to leave we rushed our dinner and i ordered a black coffee to drink before i left. The waitress rolled her eyes at my response. Overall i was very dissappointed from an establishment to which i dine at regularly, the customer service and knowledge of the food was extremely poor.

  Although the staff and food was great.I wonder who cleans this place.The W.C need some cif on walls ,floors etc floor space needs a good clean to. This did spoil our time there as you dont know how clean the kitchen area is

  Mothers Day and it was enjoyable. At 5.30 though they had run out of hummous starter.

  Staff really nice and friendly fantastic food. A really good night
