  Really lovely place and we found it by accident when we were driving around in the Dartmoor area. Unfortunately the chef had left for the day however they had fresh cream tea and cakes, which I recommend to anyone as they were all made freshly. Lovely staff. View is amazing outside and the country house is amazing to look at. Kept well refurbished with lot of history. Recommended for a visit you want be disappointed.

  Lovely welcome, friendly staff, good food, I, couldn't get a phone signal, bliss, perfect night away from it all..

  Just got back from a wonderful Christmas at this amazing hotel. The food was wonderful and the staff made it a time to be remembered. Poppy our golden Labrador had a great time too. Cannot praise it highly enough. Thank you too to our fellow guests who gave us lots of laughter.
