  my partner is a tenant with this rental service and there level of customer care is shocking, when my partners tenancy is up i hope that they decide to leave this service. All they are interested in is the rent and not the liveable furnishings of the property leaving equipment unusable and when finally inspecting stating well there where others that work. not the most savvy with your money either. go with another agency you will not regret you choice.
