::Fantastic friendly speedy service that saved me £££. Highly recommended business that I would use again with no hesitation if needed. I have lots of praise for the owner of PT Lock & Safe. My car key was stuck in the ignition barrel, which itself cost around £350. At short notice, Phil took the time in his busy schedule to research how best to sort out the issue at the least cost to me, keeping me informed of all alternatives and associated costs. Advised me on how to lock the car with the key still in. Booked the car in for the day after. He managed to sort out the problem quickly and saved me the £££ cost of a new barrel. All the time, he was friendly and professional, threw in a cup of a coffee and sorted out my spare key too. I'm a very happy customer.

::Awful service. Gave them a simple job of replacing the beading of fixing my beading on a window frame. After 3 Month and much chasing up they had put some filler in it and couldn't get the beading back in and wanted £25 for their services also marking the frame that was there. Now we need to pay for a new window thanks to their incompetence. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Photo shows their repair work!

Cost was £220 (including VAT) for same-day callout, picking a ford transit and on-site cutting and programming of two remote keys. Even threw the dummy (non-electronic) key in for free. Would definitely use again, but hopefully won't have to...

::I used PT lock and safe when I moved into a new property. I found the company easily with a with a quick web hunt for "Locksmith Norwich". All I needed was a couple of new locks and a broken key removed from an existing lock. I was relieved not only that the response was quick,friendly and reasuring but not to expensive either. The young man who came to the job not only did as required but also adjusted two doors that were not hung correctly and all at no extra cost. I strongly recomednd using this company for any "Locksmith" jobs you my have.
