  Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jeff at Queens Square. Whilst paying for my ticket and helping someone with the code to the toilet, 2 women walked away with my shopping. I stopped Jeff and explained my shopping had been stolen. He asked if I could identify them and then took me to the exit barrier. The 2 women where just going through the barrier so he stopped their car and asked if they had ‘accidentally’ picked my shopping up. They said no but Jeff asked if they could double check. Sure enough, my bags were in the back of their car. I was so pleased to get my shopping back and thought Jeff handled the situation extremely well. Whilst not accusing them and remaining professional, he was able to resolve what might have been a very awkward situation. So. I would like to say thank you again to Jeff for your invaluable help.   Large parking bays, plenty of spaces. Car park is well lit and feels secure!

  Since the car park spaces where made bigger this car park is easier to park in . Previously the car park was very hard to park in if someone inconsiderately parked. All Q Park sites have these improved parking spaces which is a breath of fresh air for car parks.

  Although most of the car parks in the city centre are quite pricey now ive always liked this one as this car park is staffed, well lit, central to shops, restaurants and the theatre and I've always been able to get a space.

  Nice car park. I came with my car and parked it. It was still there when I got back. It’s tarmac. Has lighting and a lift. It even has a toilet, how fancy. It’s cheaper than the other ones too.
