::Terrible experience. They had the automatic payment machines, but it wasn't working properly for one customer which lead to a queue. Eventually a guy called on the machine, offered help that was not useful and disappeared. Naturally the customer said hello can you help me. This happened twice then the guy snapped- I have you on cctv I can see there's a queue, you don't need to say hello, I know you're there and you interrupting makes me have to stop. Fair enough except that he just disappeared with no help. A simple give me a minute and I'll find a solution would have avoided everything.

::Great car park in a very central location. Feels very safe and is reasonably priced. Would recommend over other city centre facilities.

::Car park was relatively easy to find, and looked reasonably secure as we were parking overnight with staying at the Raddison. Prices looked to be quite expensive, although there's a large discount applied if staying at the Raddison, i think the £22/23 fee for 24 hours was reduced down to £12.

::Parked there to go to the arena for a concert, lost my ticket and was charged £44 for a lost ticket. Tried to explain what happened but was told that was the price regardless, was offered no compromise or way to report back. V disappointing.

::Unfortunately one of the worst parking experiences in Leeds city centre. The price board is at the bottom of a steep spiralling entry ramp, giving no option to leave the car park if not happy with the prices. We entered the car park on a Sunday afternoon and spent 20 minutes driving round inside, along with about a dozen other cars, all waiting for a parking spot to become available. Is it too difficult to have a ‘full’ sign outside the front entrance? By the time we’d finally squeezed into a spot (bays far too narrow!), we’d paid the equivalent of £1 in parking fees, and we hadn’t even left the car park! A three hour stay on a Sunday afternoon was an eye-watering £9 - what a rip off. The nearby Merrion Centre car park is half the price at £4.50 on a Sunday and I only wish we had gone there instead. Avoid Q-Park’s car park at The Light at all costs - I’d give this place no stars if I could, and needless to say, we will not be back.
