::C'est une station de métro... Mais facile de prendre un ticket quand on y connaît rien et qu'on est touriste 👍

::The morning station manager was very strict with me calling my attention through the public address system that photography is prohibited inside his station. And that was about 5 AM and the station was empty.

::Well it's a tube station on the Circle Line and the District Line. The entrance is halfway up, or down Queensway. It only has stairs so no disabled access and buggy's are a ball ache. It has plenty of ticket machines, is pretty clean and tidy and has the usual complement of bored looking staff loitering around. However they always seem to keen to answer tourists questions and help them on their way. Circle Line trains going counterclockwise are less frequent then District Line trains and the wait can be quite long, but hey what else have we got to do?

::Less crowded than Lancaster gate tube and closer to Lancaster Gate Hotel

::Small cozy station with lifts. Central line. Sometimes it gets overcrowded around the lifts, and it can be long wait for the next lift to arrive. And sometimes it is difficult to get on it. Access to platforms only via lifts. Definitely very busy and overcrowded during rush pick hours. The road is full of shops, cafés, restaurants, money exchanges and various amenities, tourists orientated. Only 2 minutes walk to Hyde Park. Unfortunately the street outside of station seems a bit dirty and messy.
