  Excellent service and really professional. Down to earth, helpful and really efficient- have used their services quite a few times, including for new boiler installation and would highly recommend for value and service.

  Unfortunately although I have asked a number of times for itemised parts for an invoice paid last year - none has been forthcoming - I am therefore not clear if all parts mentioned verbally had actually been replaced. The bill was paid on the day in good faith. Furthermore I am doubtful that all necessary investigations were done to ascertain the fault before the £840 worth of work was done on a boiler. The next day when the boiler had stopped working another gas fitter found the problem was actually a blocked kitchen pipe with a repair cost of less than £100. I am therefore a disappointed customer. I am happy to discuss the matter further. Thank you
